Strands

The Consortium Initiative promotes a multifaceted process of engagement with the conflict. As part of this process each Consortium member is responsible for a separate strand of work. CR addresses media and public awareness issues; Alert focuses on civil society work, as well as addressing issues of conflict sensitivity (the strand formerly assured by CRS); and LINKS works on the level of political dialogue.
